Immortals is still a genuine option — this is Bryan Johnson's longevity company, and it sells GLP-1s the way it sells everything else: a catalog with a price on every item, which is a relief until you read the footnote. Compounded semaglutide with glycine and B12 costs $167 a month as a microdose and $196 at a personalized dose; tirzepatide, $180 and $255. The brand-name ones are on the same shelf: Zepbound KwikPen $600, Wegovy $1,550, Foundayo $750. And the footnote says: "Billed quarterly with a three-month commitment paid up front."
