On a tight budget · Ranked · For moms

The cheapest GLP-1 for moms — without the bait and switch.

Cheap is only kind if the low number is the real number. We gathered the GLP-1 programs that actually publish a monthly semaglutide price and ranked them for a mom watching her budget — with the lowest list price flagged, teaser-rate traps called out, and our best honest-value pick first.

The short answer

SnagRx has the lowest list price at $69/mo (was $299) for compounded semaglutide. But cheapest is not always kindest: CoreAge Rx is our #1 pick for honest value — a flat $99/mo with no teaser rate that jumps after the first month, both medications in a single account, and all 50 states. Watch for the first-month asterisk everywhere else; the real cost is what you pay in month three.

Compounded semaglutide at $79 a month and tirzepatide at $119, month to month, with no dose-based increase and — checked in its own checkout data rather than taken on trust — a renewal price identical to the joining price. That last part is rarer than it should be. Two things the homepage will not tell you. The $49 and $99 it advertises are the twelve-month totals divided by twelve, not a monthly rate you can start on, and the countdown beside them is not a real deadline: it read August 15th and then August 20th within the same hour. The larger caveat is corporate. NextMeds is operated by Trinity HealthCare Supply, LLC, which also runs Lean Meds, altRx and Trinity Meds, and that operator holds an open FDA warning letter.

    Lean Meds

Lean Meds does one thing very well and one thing very badly, and both are visible before you spend a peso. The good: a single all-inclusive membership per molecule — visit, care plan, medication and shipping in one monthly charge — held flat whatever dose you reach, with the whole four-term ladder printed on the homepage. Month to month that is $79 for compounded semaglutide and $109 for compounded tirzepatide, dropping to $69 and $95 if you commit to a year; the flat-by-dose promise is worth more than either figure, because competitors who price by dose routinely double the bill between a starting and a maintenance dose. The bad: the $69 the homepage advertises runs under a live countdown timer, the pharmacy that compounds your medication is never named, no clinician is named either, and the operator behind the brand — Trinity HealthCare Supply, LLC, per its own Terms — is the company FDA wrote to on 8 June 2026 over its other brand, altRx, for putting its own label on vials it did not compound and calling compounded GLP-1s 'clinically proven.' That letter is about altrx.com and not this site, but it is the same legal entity at the same Miami office, and it is exactly the sort of thing a brand-name search will not show you.

Nothing here is sold by the month, and that changes how it compares. Tirzepatide is "$499 for a 12-week supply" and semaglutide "starting at $197 for ~10 weeks" — divide those out and you get about $181 and $86 a month, genuinely low figures, but payable only as whole packages up front. There is no way to take a single month and stop. The two medicines even run on different package lengths, so their per-month numbers do not line up with each other. In its favor: brand-name Zepbound from $139, and it names the pharmacies compounding for it, which hardly anyone does.

Eighty-six dollars a month for compounded semaglutide is among the lowest anywhere on this page, and $125 for tirzepatide is genuinely cheap for the dual agonist. The problem sits right under those figures. Each card carries an average: "Average 15-20% body weight loss" on semaglutide and "Average 20-25%" on tirzepatide. The top of that second range is higher than tirzepatide achieved at its maximum dose in its own registrational trial, and these are compounded products that were never in it.

What you buy here is sixty milligrams of tirzepatide for $399.99, and they publish the ladder that makes it last twelve weeks: 2.5 mg, then 5, then 7.5. That is exactly sixty. So at the start it works out at about $145 a month. But once you reach 10 mg a week that same vial is gone in six weeks, and at 15 mg in four. Everything you need to work that out is on their page. So is a headline that is only true on the lowest step.

    Pepti

Pepti publishes the lowest semaglutide price in this entire roster — $99 a month, flat at every titration dose, with the medication, physician review, shipping, refill management and unlimited messaging with your prescribing doctor all inside it. Tirzepatide is $199 on the same all-in, flat-at-every-dose basis. That number is low enough to deserve skepticism, so it is worth saying exactly where it comes from: Pepti states it on a dedicated cost page, repeats it in its FAQ ('we keep pricing flat and transparent at $99/mo all-in'), and prices the comparison against Hims, Henry Meds and Mochi on the same page. It names two prescribing physicians and says its medication is compounded by FDA-registered 503A or 503B pharmacies, though it never names which. The real limits are reach and format: it ships to 36 states rather than 50, it is cash-pay only and bills no insurance, and its needle-free oral GLP-1/GIP drops cost $349 — well above its own injection.

This is the first one in this group that accepts insurance: it says it is in network with Medicare and the major PPOs, and quotes brand co-pays of "typically $25 per month". If you have coverage, that changes the arithmetic completely against everything else on this page. What needs reading slowly is what the membership buys: $99 a month, $49 for the first, and it says expressly that it does not include medications or labs. So the $99 for semaglutide and the $166 for tirzepatide go on top of the membership, not instead of it.

Compounded semaglutide at $99 a month and tirzepatide at $149, with the provider visit, two-day shipping and injection supplies all included — genuinely cheap for what is in the box. The catch is in what 'no subscription, ever' actually means here. Those rates are six-month programs, paid as one payment up front. The shortest commitment on offer is three months at $165 a month, and maintenance afterwards runs $199. There is no month-to-month option at all, so the flexibility the phrase implies is the opposite of what is on sale. It also names no company anywhere — an address in Dallas and a phone number, but no legal entity.

I want to be clear about what the $99 buys, because I read it wrong the first time. Mondae

Mondae answers the question almost this whole category dodges: who is compounding your medication. Its configurator names six pharmacies — Boudreaux, Rush, Hallandale, Greenwich, Align and VialsRx — and lets you choose one before you pay, a level of supply-chain transparency worth taking seriously. The money is simple where it matters: $115 a month for compounded semaglutide, $145 for compounded tirzepatide, no membership fee on top, and the rate stays fixed as you titrate, so the number you start with is the number you keep. That promise is worth more than the headline figure, because plans that charge by dose routinely double between a starting and a maintenance dose. Both figures were checked properly rather than copied from a card: the treatment pages are a live configurator that ships a '$NNN' placeholder in the raw HTML, so the page was rendered in a browser, the resolved price read from its own element, and then cross-checked against the homepage card and the structured data the page publishes — three sources agreeing on one number. What is missing is ordinary, not alarming: no clinician is named behind the contracted Bask Telehealth network, no labs are included, there are no refunds once the medication is dispatched, and nothing on the site speaks to postpartum recovery, breastfeeding or PCOS.

The homepage says $127 a month. The pricing page says $138. And neither is the real figure, because that page is titled "Transparent pricing, for members" and then explains that the actual numbers are "unlocked the moment you create a free NEUVÉ account". Velvet Rx

Velvet Rx publishes three prices and almost nothing else, and the gap between those two facts is the review. The prices are real and stated plainly on its homepage: injectable semaglutide as low as $139 a month, injectable tirzepatide as low as $179, and an oral GLP-1 as low as $189 — which puts it in the cheaper half of this page and makes it one of the few providers here offering an oral formulation alongside the injections. The problem is the phrase 'as low as', which appears on all three and is never resolved. There is no dose ladder, no plan length, no billing cadence, and no pricing page at all: /pricing and /weight-loss both return 404, and the homepage is the only page on the site carrying a number. So $139 is a floor, and nothing published tells you how far above it a maintenance dose sits. The disclosure gaps compound from there. No compounding pharmacy is named, no clinician is named, coverage is not stated, and its own cancellation FAQ asks 'How do cancellations and refunds work?' and answers with 'our care team will guide you with personalized support' — which is not an answer. The operating entity is Rocket Health Inc.; FDA's warning-letter index is clean for both the brand and that entity, screened with a positive control. Treat the $139 as an opening bid rather than a price.

Something happens here that has not happened in this whole run: the seller's own figure is worse than the truth. Rehydra+ Wellness

Rehydra+ Wellness is the one provider added here that charges more as your dose goes up, and it is unusually open about it: its storefront publishes a complete dose-by-duration matrix, so you can see before signing up that compounded semaglutide runs $149 for four weeks at the 0.25 mg starting dose and $289 at 2.5 mg, while tirzepatide runs $219 at 2.5 mg and $649 at 15 mg. That transparency is genuinely useful, and it also means the entry price is the least representative number on the page — if you titrate to an effective dose, your cost roughly doubles. Six-month tier plans bring the per-month figure down to $119 and $169, but they are six-month commitments rather than rolling plans. It is a small San Antonio operation founded in 2023, offering a free 15-minute telehealth call and free shipping. Nothing on the site clears it up, and when it happens twice in one header it stops looking like a typing slip. What Ryze does have is the whole site in Spanish, which matters more than it usually gets credit for — but there is no state list, no address and no tirzepatide price.

One price whichever molecule you choose: $149.97 a month, $134.99 over six months, $112.50 over twelve, and I checked — the divisions come out exact. Then, above the selector, the same page promises plans "starting at $249.97 a month", a hundred dollars more than anything it sells. That loose figure turned out to be the important part: it appears word for word on Next Vial, contradicting that site too, and the two share a terms document and an IP address.

    Trellis Vitality

Trellis Vitality is the cheapest genuinely-disclosed option on this page: $150 a month for compounded semaglutide and $199 for tirzepatide, month to month, with every dosage available at the same price and no membership fee, no consult fee and a $0 assessment. Commit for three or six months and those fall to $140/$133 and $189/$179. It names the pharmacy that compounds the medication — Vials Rx, described as a US state-licensed, cGMP-compliant facility — which is the disclosure most of its cheaper competitors skip, and it covers all 50 states with board-certified clinicians reviewing intake. The caveats are about what it doesn't sell and doesn't say. There is no FDA-approved brand option, no oral formulation, and none of its pricing appears on the homepage at all — you have to reach the GLP-1 product page to find a single number, which makes it look more opaque than it actually is. There is also no postpartum, breastfeeding or PCOS content anywhere.

Semaglutide from $152 a month, tirzepatide from $215, and a single monthly price covering the provider visit, the medication, needles, alcohol swabs and messaging with your team. They also put a Certificate of Analysis on every vial, which is the most direct answer anyone has given me to what actually worries people about compounded medicine. One detail: that "From $143/mo" at the top is sermorelin and glutathione, not a GLP-1.

Compounded semaglutide starts at $169 a month on that basis and tirzepatide at $214, with oral versions at $199 and $219 — and I looked for a monthly option and there is none: "month-to-month" appears nowhere. At $169 you are committing more than two thousand dollars before the first injection, which is a very different decision from a monthly bill. No ongoing rate is published anywhere on this site, and that absence is the finding rather than a gap in our checking. The good parts are real: the price doesn't change as your dose goes up, there's no fee for stopping, and the consult, the prescription, the medication, the injection kit and expedited shipping all sit inside one number. The hard part is real too: its Terms and Conditions page contains neither pricing nor the word refund, so there is no way to learn before paying what happens to your money. Its own pricing page publishes the whole ladder, 10% off at a ten-day streak, 20% at twenty, 30% at thirty, which takes semaglutide down to $133 and tirzepatide to $192. Two things to weigh. The $190 and $275 are what you actually start on, so treat the low numbers as a discount you have to earn and keep. Beside it, a stat block reads "0 states telehealth access", a counter somebody forgot to fill in. But the claim to look at hardest is the headline one: "~15–20% avg. body-weight change", which the site attributes to "multi-center, placebo-controlled national clinical trials of Compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide formulations". The Edit is one of the very few providers on this page that names both the medical practice writing your prescription and the pharmacy compounding it — Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC and The Pharmacy Hub — rather than gesturing at 'licensed US providers'. Compounded semaglutide is $209 a month and tirzepatide $309, the same price at every dose, with the prescription, all injection supplies, the clinician visit and temperature-controlled two-day shipping inside that one number and no membership fee on top. First orders are $100 off, and three- and six-month plans bring the per-month equivalent down to $192 and $178 for semaglutide. It covers all 50 states and, unusually for this market, runs a complete Spanish-language version of the site rather than a machine-translated shim. "Starting at $49/week — no hidden fees", and the unit is what matters. Forty-nine dollars a week is about $212 a month, which is mid-range rather than cheap, and the page never does that sum. The other figure I would stop on is "20% Avg body weight lost", placed in the statistics strip as though it were its own average across ten thousand members. Around 20% is what tirzepatide achieved at its highest dose in a controlled trial. No telehealth service has published an average like it.

Semaglutide is from $299 as an injection or $239 sublingual, tirzepatide from $399 or $233, and there is $100 off the first month — but nowhere does the site say what those numbers buy. "Per month" is not on the page at all. The only clue about timing is that you can cancel before your next shipment, and it never says when shipments arrive. Two more things: the provider reviews your information after you have paid rather than before, and sublingual tirzepatide is cheaper than sublingual semaglutide, which is backwards from nearly this whole market.

They say something else too: that $179 was the previous price and $199 is the current one, which is an increase written with the grammar of a discount. As for the $279 the homepage puts on tirzepatide: it is not in that list. In any position.

    Kova

Kova spells it out: "1-month plan: $249 for your first month, then renews at $299/month thereafter. 3-month plan: $179/month, or $537 upfront." I checked every multiplication and they all come out exact, which sounds like small praise until you have spent an afternoon on sites whose "per month" figures turn out to be averages with a one-time discount buried inside. The number to keep in mind is the renewal: $299 for semaglutide and $399 for tirzepatide, unless you commit to a term.

Ask this site for its homepage the way a search engine would and it returns a single character. One. Every price here — $299 for semaglutide, $449 for tirzepatide, $1,289 for the brand-name Zepbound program — had to be opened in a real browser to be seen at all. The $200 the homepage shouts about is a coupon code. And the company that charges you says, in its own code, that it employs no healthcare providers.

    Mint Medical Clinic

A genuinely hybrid clinic with two physical Utah addresses, but a combined $299/mo banner price that doesn't distinguish semaglutide from tirzepatide — and an 'FDA-compliant' claim about compounded medicine that deserves skepticism.

    TeleCare Spot

Publishes per-program floors — from $299 semaglutide, from $399 tirzepatide — then adds a $79 consultation fee that its own page says only "may be applied" toward treatment. That conditional is why the consult is not counted as included. Both GLP-1 figures carry "From" and no ceiling is published. It also offers a cheaper phentermine program from $189/month, a real option for someone not seeking a GLP-1. The intake is a standard IntakeQ form on a separate host and responded normally when checked. What is missing is basic: the site never names the company behind it, and publishes no state list.

    Eloria

The $149 is for the first month only. Eloria's own FAQ says it plainly: "refills are locked in at $299". So the second month costs nearly double, and that is the number to decide on. In its favor it offers something few do — a daily GLP-1 tablet and access to brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound. But those brand plans are advertised as "$99 membership + medication cost", and the medication cost is written nowhere, so you cannot know what you would pay until you are inside. It also does not say which states it operates in, and its terms and privacy pages were empty when we opened them.

    TeleDocs360

It says "flat price" under $299 a month for semaglutide and $399 for tirzepatide, and then further down the same page it charges $349 for semaglutide at 2.0 mg a week and $649 for tirzepatide at 12.5 and 15 mg. So it is not flat, and the difference lands exactly where many of us end up after titrating — 63% more for tirzepatide at the top. To be fair, the doctor, the medicine and the shipping really are inside that number, and there is phentermine at $149 if you would rather not take a GLP-1 at all.

    RestorLife Med

Three plans for the same compounded semaglutide: $149, $209 and $199 a month. The one-month plan is the cheapest of the three, which is backwards — and that is the clue. These are not prices, they are averages: the labels say "50% off your first month" and "50% off month 1, then 20% off", so a single opening discount is spread across every figure on the card. Do the math and the list price is $299, and what you are charged from month two is $299, $239 or $209 depending on the plan. RestorLife explains the mechanism. What it does not do is give you the answer.

    Prime Health

Compounded semaglutide at $299 and tirzepatide at $399, quoted as a monthly program but sold as a FOUR-WEEK supply — a distinction that costs you an extra cycle roughly every year and is easy to miss because the site itself writes it as per month. The price is reachable without finishing the quiz, but only inside a collapsed FAQ rather than on any pricing page. Prime Health is a platform rather than a practice: it states plainly that it does not provide medical services, with clinicians supplied through the OpenLoop professional corporations, and its own copy still refers in places to the Remedy Meds platform it is built on. It covers every state except Louisiana and backs the program with a stated money-back guarantee tied to losing at least 10% of body weight in four months.

The first charge is not one month, it is two: "Semaglutide: $650 ($325 per month), Tirzepatide: $750 ($375 per month)", with a reassessment at six weeks. After that the whole model changes: maintenance is sold by the vial, 1ML to 5ML, and that "as low as $60 per month" describes a vial that "may last up to one year" — a year paid for in one go. A team of board-certified nurse practitioners runs it, and it is the most expensive way in of this group.

Top pick: CoreAge Rx. Prices and states reflect what each provider disclosed publicly as of our last review — confirm the current number on the provider's own site.

Cheapest GLP-1, answered

What is the cheapest GLP-1 for moms right now?
SnagRx has the lowest monthly list price we found for compounded semaglutide, at $69/mo (was $299). CoreAge Rx is our #1 pick for honest, flat-rate value at $99/mo, with no teaser rate. Always confirm the current price on the provider's own site.
Why isn't the cheapest option ranked #1?
Because the lowest list price and the best value are not always the same thing. A rock-bottom first month that triples without warning, thin support, or a patchwork marketplace can cost more over time than a slightly higher flat rate with real clinician care. We rank by honest value, then flag the lowest price separately so you can see both.
What makes a GLP-1 price look cheaper than it is?
The usual traps: a discounted first-month teaser that goes up afterward, a low medication price with a separate membership, lab or consult fees on top, and auto-ship contracts that are hard to cancel. A genuinely cheap program is one where the number you see is the number you keep paying.
Is cheaper compounded semaglutide safe?
Compounded semaglutide is dispensed by licensed pharmacies and is not the FDA-approved brand-name product. Price does not change the underlying safety questions — thyroid history, pregnancy plans, and contraception timing. It should not be used during pregnancy or while trying to conceive. Talk to a clinician before starting.
