Read the four-week price before comparing monthly budgets
Nolu currently advertises compounded semaglutide injections at $199 every four weeks, tirzepatide injections at $279, and oral semaglutide at $239. The page uses monthly shorthand in places, but its price cards and FAQ explicitly say every four weeks. That means thirteen four-week periods over 52 weeks, rather than twelve calendar-month bills.
The FAQ gives $199 for the first four weeks and $199 thereafter for the starting weight-loss plan. Consultation, medication and shipping are advertised as included, with no membership fee. The page also says the price stays the same across doses. Use our cost guide to compare the same interval.
Longer plans and microdose offers need separate questions
The weight-loss FAQ advertises longer plans as low as $137 per cycle, but the reviewed public page does not pair that floor with a complete upfront total and term. Do not budget $137 as a flexible four-week purchase without those details.
Microdose Core and Microdose Energy & Focus each list $179 every four weeks, with a longer-plan floor of $149. The safety page describes low-dose semaglutide or tirzepatide with added ingredients. Those offers should not be treated as interchangeable with the standard injection plans, or assumed to provide equivalent weight loss or fewer risks because the dose is lower.
The cancellation policy has a 72-hour deadline
The product page says you can pause or cancel in one click without fees. The separate policy still requires the cancellation request at least 72 hours before the next billing date. A later request allows the current charge to proceed and takes effect the following cycle. It lists support email and an account cancellation route, where applicable. The terms also recognize state-specific exceptions allowing cancellation before the next billing date where required by law.
A full initial refund requires contacting support within the first 72 hours of the subscription and receiving no subscription services. Provider disqualification has its own refund provisions. Ordinary monthly cancellation does not refund the current or prior months. For purchases charged two or more months at once, the policy describes refunds for months with no medication shipped.
Nolu names a medical network and pharmacy partners
Nolu LLC describes itself as the technology and administrative platform, rather than the medical provider. Its privacy-practices notice identifies OpenLoop Healthcare Partners PC, OpenLoop Healthcare Partners California, PC, and Untitled Health PLLC as participating medical entities. That updates the impression that no care organization is identified.
The terms name RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy and Triad Rx. They also allow fulfillment changes or, depending on program and location, a pharmacy of your choice. These disclosures do not establish your assigned prescriber or pharmacy, or independently verify their licenses. Ask which pharmacy will dispense your actual prescription before proceeding.
Check state access, packaging and care arrangements
Nolu claims service in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., while warning that some services may be unavailable in some locations. That is not a drug-specific coverage guarantee. Its terms say commercial insurance, Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted. FSA/HSA eligibility is advertised, but your plan decides reimbursement.
The terms warn that some medications may arrive without child-resistant packaging. Ask about the actual container and plan safe storage around children. Oral treatment does not remove the safety questions
