Start with the amount charged, not the monthly equivalent
Cora Health publishes standard compounded semaglutide at $175 billed monthly and tirzepatide at $225. Its $99 and $135 headlines require annual payments of $1,188 and $1,620. Quarterly totals are $435 and $597; six-month totals are $720 and $1,050. The current tables state the same price at every dose on these standard plans. That makes the commitment easier to compare, but a lower monthly equivalent still means paying more at once. A $15 first-month promotional code is advertised separately; we do not subtract a conditional promotion from the standing prices. The shipment schedule matters when canceling
Monthly plans ship one month at a time. A quarterly plan ships its three-month supply together; six- and twelve-month plans ship in three-month batches. The current refund policy makes an order nonrefundable once the pharmacy has prepared and labeled it, which can happen before delivery. Canceling a longer plan stops future shipments. For a partial six- or twelve-month refund, supplied doses are repriced at the published quarterly rate, with the remainder returned; the policy says you are never charged more than originally paid. Because supply is prepared in batches, the refundable balance can reach zero earlier than the calendar end.
Renewal continues until you actively stop it
Each plan renews automatically at its stated billing interval. The public policy allows cancellation or pausing through the care team in the patient portal or by email, before the next shipment. A monthly plan stays active through the current month. When a refund is due, the policy offers cash back to the original payment method or optional account credit worth 15% more. Credit is a choice, not the only advertised remedy. Before making an annual purchase, ask how much medication would already be prepared and what refund would remain if your clinician later stopped treatment.
Microdose memberships are separate, not a cheaper standard plan
Cora also sells fixed-dose compounded GLP-1 memberships with their own intake. Semaglutide is $129 monthly, $327 every three months or $594 every six; tirzepatide is $169, $447 or $774 for those terms. The page defines its own weekly doses and explicitly says there is no FDA or manufacturer definition of microdosing. These compounded products are not FDA-approved. A small dose and a lower charge do not establish a safer treatment or equivalent weight-loss result. Clear disclosures still leave personal medical questions
The standard plan includes consultation, prescribed medication, monitoring, supplies and expedited shipping. The microdose page includes a provider visit, prescribed medicine, check-ins and shipping. Other wellness memberships are separate purchases, not required GLP-1 add-ons. Cora identifies Wasef Health, PC as its clinical group and names Hallandale and VialsRx among pharmacy partners; the filling pharmacy depends on the prescription and state. These are attributed disclosures, not independent licensing checks. Its standard clinical program explicitly covers all 50 states, subject to individual eligibility.
