The annual price buys a commitment, not a monthly subscription
Ondra makes the trade-off between price and flexibility fairly easy to see. Compounded semaglutide costs $149 on the monthly plan; the $96 headline is a rounded monthly equivalent of $1,149 paid for twelve months. Tirzepatide costs $219 monthly or $1,699 upfront for the advertised $142 equivalent. The three-month purchases are $339 and $549. Before choosing a longer plan, compare the actual charge with what you can comfortably commit while finding out whether treatment suits you. A lower monthly equivalent does not make the amount due today smaller.
Your pharmacy changes which plans you can buy
The price table now has a two-month option as well: $279 for semaglutide or $399 for tirzepatide, available only through Optio RX. The three-month plan excludes that pharmacy; six- and twelve-month plans are limited to Hallandale and Vials RX. Ondra advertises the same price at every dose within a plan, with consultation, medication, supplies and shipping included and no membership fee. We did not confirm a laboratory price. Ask for the complete initial bill, including any testing your clinician requires, rather than assuming every possible expense is covered.
Canceling a prepaid plan can change the savings
The refund policy makes an important distinction between stopping a renewal and reversing an order already sent to a pharmacy. Monthly and quarterly charges already processed generally are not prorated. For early cancellation of six- or twelve-month prepayment, Ondra deducts the regular quarterly price for each three-month supply already sent, then refunds any remaining balance. That means you lose the prepaid discount on those supplies. Ask how much would remain refundable after your first shipment, and save the terms that applied when you paid. The prescribing group and the platform have different roles
Ondra identifies Wasef Health, PC and Arora Health & Aesthetics as independent clinical groups. Its public FAQ describes provider review, possible phone or video consultation when required, and ongoing messaging; Ondra itself facilitates the service. The advertised response target is not a tested support guarantee. There is also a billing discrepancy worth settling before checkout: the FAQ says an unsuitable applicant is not charged, while the refund policy permits some platform or consultation fees to be nonrefundable. Request the exact amount at risk before a prescription decision.
Check the medication and address together
The service-area page describes coverage across all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with Puerto Rico assigned to Wasef. Pharmacy, formulation and plan availability still depend on your address, prescription and inventory; a national clinician network does not mean every menu option ships everywhere. Formulations may include additives, so request the actual ingredients and dispensing pharmacy.
