Start with the billing interval

Freya advertises semaglutide at $297 on its monthly option and tirzepatide at $390. Its refund policy makes a detail explicit that the pricing headline does not: monthly subscriptions are billed every twenty-eight days. Continuing for fifty-two weeks therefore produces thirteen charges rather than twelve calendar-month payments. The difference is worth putting into a family budget before subscribing. The pricing page also lists quarterly equivalents of $250 and $333; those represent prepaid terms, not an ordinary monthly installment. The annual price is not a dependable new-customer offer

The lowest figures still shown on the pricing page are annual equivalents of $150 for semaglutide and $249 for tirzepatide. However, Freya’s refund policy says annual plans are no longer available to new subscribers. Existing annual customers continue under that policy. The two pages do not agree about whether a newcomer can buy the advertised annual option, so we would not budget around it. A three-month plan is charged in full at purchase and delivered in separate shipments approximately twenty-eight days apart. Receiving medication in stages does not turn the upfront payment into installments or make the unused course refundable.

Read the forty-eight-hour rule before subscribing

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Freya allows monthly cancellation through the account or by email, but requires completion at least forty-eight hours before renewal. Pausing or changing a monthly refill date has the same deadline. Prepaid plans cannot be canceled partway through; you can stop the next term from renewing. The policy says the full prepaid course is prescribed at purchase and is nonrefundable. For an individual order, it distinguishes cancellation before pharmacy transmission from the nonrefundable stage after a prescription is written and medication dispensed, even if it has not shipped. Do not interpret a general cancel-anytime banner as a promise to refund unused months.

The support offer is broader than medication alone

The pricing page lists medication, unlimited medical consultations, monthly group calls and an individual dietitian consultation. Freya also advertises free shipping and ongoing messaging. Ask how to book the nutrition visit, whether the same clinician will remain available and what happens when a concern cannot wait for a routine reply. The site names Sienna Steckel and Christopher Findley in its care-team section. Steckel’s heading says Lead Physician, while the accompanying description calls her an NP. That inconsistency does not establish her actual license or who would treat you. We have not independently verified credentials, used the messaging service or tested appointment availability.

The terms narrow coverage and flag packaging

The homepage promotes reach across all fifty states, but the terms exclude Alabama, Mississippi and West Virginia. Confirm your address and specific treatment before paying. Freya describes a technology platform connecting patients with independent professional entities; the pages reviewed do not identify the dispensing pharmacy for a particular order. Its terms also warn that prescriptions fulfilled through the Freya Meds Pharmacy Network are not shipped in child-resistant packaging. That warning is especially relevant in a home with children and applies to that network arrangement. Ask about the actual container and storage instructions. The terms explicitly disclose that compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Our view of Freya

Freya is worth comparing if scheduled nutrition support and access to consultations matter to you, but its billing policy deserves more weight than the lowest promotional figure. Confirm the twenty-eight-day charge, state eligibility, pharmacy identity and prepaid cancellation rules in writing. Compare other provider reviews before accepting a long commitment.
