These are compounded preparations, not FDA-approved oral dissolving versions of the branded medicines. Convenience alone does not establish the same clinical results as an approved injection or tablet. The $199 minimum elsewhere in Willow's price list belongs to NAD+, not its GLP-1 treatments.
Named physicians, with your own care team still to confirm
The physician directory identifies Michael Green as Chief Medical Officer and provides other physician profiles. Willow advertises physician messaging and free follow-ups. A directory helps you know who works with the program; it does not tell you which professional or pharmacy will handle your prescription. Ask for those details. Willow also allows a pharmacy of your choice, but that arrangement involves a platform fee and separate medication payment, so the usual bundled price no longer describes your total.
Cancel early and confirm which deadline applies
Willow renews automatically. Its FAQ asks for two business days' notice before the next processing date; its informed consent says two calendar days before shipping. Those are different deadlines. Refund wording also differs: the FAQ discusses cancellation before pharmacy submission, the refill policy before pharmacy processing, and consent gives a 24-hour order window. The terms promise payment back if the physician declines to prescribe. Do not assume stopping renewal also refunds an existing prescription; prescription medicine cannot ordinarily be returned.
Coverage and delivery affect the practical fit
Willow lists 36 service states. Confirm your location before planning around it. The eligibility policy excludes pregnancy, breastfeeding and diabetes; prediabetes or hypertension do not automatically rule out an application. A women-focused site does not replace a postpartum discussion with your own clinician. Delivery also takes more than the prominent two-day shipping phrase suggests: the FAQ estimates two to four business days at the pharmacy, followed by two to three days in transit. The advertising case has a later update
In December 2025, the National Advertising Division challenged the support for Willow's compounded-semaglutide advertising claims and announced a referral to regulators. A July 2026 announcement from BBB National Programs says the case was reopened and Willow permanently discontinued the challenged claims. That update belongs alongside the history. An advertising referral is not an FDA warning letter or a finding about your prescription's safety; discontinuing claims is not a clinical endorsement either. Compare the actual product, dose cost and cancellation terms with other providers before choosing.
