What the advertised price buys

ShedRx now uses the Shed brand. Its compounded injection tables advertise semaglutide at $199 per month for the 1-month tier, $179 for the 6-month tier and $159 for the 12-month tier. Tirzepatide is $299, $269 and $239 respectively. The smallest headline therefore requires a longer purchase. Before paying, ask for the amount due today, included clinical and coaching fees, medication quantity and next charge date. The terms allow either 28-day or monthly billing depending on the program; those intervals produce different yearly budgets.

Six months of payments is not six calendar months of medicine

The terms describe 24 weeks of medication for the plan labeled 6 months and 48 weeks for the 12-month plan. Semaglutide totals at the advertised rates are $1,074 and $1,908; tirzepatide totals are $1,614 and $2,868. Shipments contain one or two four-week vials depending on state rules. Count supply weeks alongside the total purchase price when you compare other providers. Ask how refill timing and payment work if treatment changes.

Brand access comes with a separate fee

Shed offers access to Wegovy and Zepbound subject to clinical approval. The pages advertise Wegovy pills from $149, pens from $199 and Zepbound at $349–499 for medication, with a membership charge on top. However, the same pages show $125 in prominent copy and $99 in the fine print for membership. Confirm which fee applies and whether the drug offer continues at your prescribed dose. The terms describe separate medication purchases through LillyDirect or NovoCare. A Shed product page does not mean Shed itself dispenses the drug. Compounded products are not FDA-approved; do not assume a compounded oral option has the same evidence as a branded pill.

Know the cancellation rule for your particular plan

Monthly subscription terms include a two-month minimum and notice at least 72 hours before the next bill. Longer plans require notice before shipment and normally reprice used cycles at the standard monthly rate when a refund is due. Provider-directed exceptions, including treatment discontinuation after an adverse reaction, can have different refund rules. Shipped medication cannot be returned. Ask which minimum term, deadline and exception apply to your plan; ending future renewals does not guarantee repayment of the current term.

The 120-day promise needs more than taking the medicine

For eligible new enrollments, the promise applies to first-time users of the medication class. The clock starts with the first medication shipment. If you do not lose 5% of baseline weight or reach the recorded goal, a claim still requires all four commitments:

• Four monthly coaching appointments, with an exception when Shed cannot make an appointment available.
• Two weight entries per calendar month, eight in total.
• Daily Pivot check-ins on at least 60 of the 120 days.
• Clinical follow-up forms submitted by their deadlines and good standing with the treatment plan.

Submit the claim within 30 days after the guarantee window. Refunds concern amounts actually paid to Shed, with third-party charges subject to their own rules. A guarantee refund does not itself cancel the rest of a longer subscription. Keep appointment confirmations and app records, especially if childcare makes regular check-ins difficult.

Support and language are worth checking before enrollment

Shed advertises coaching, provider follow-ups, resources and Pivot, and states telehealth service in all 50 states with treatment availability varying by state. Confirm how much coaching is provided by a human and whether any messages are automated. The address intended for Spanish-language visitors displayed English text when reviewed; confirm the language of your clinician and coach rather than assume a bilingual service. If pregnancy, breastfeeding or plans to conceive affect your options, discuss them with your treating clinician before choosing a program.
