The standard plans bill every four weeks

NiceRx’s current product pages list semaglutide at $149 and tirzepatide at $249, billed every four weeks. Although the nearby labels say monthly, that interval creates thirteen payments across fifty-two weeks. Use the billing interval to compare annual cost with a calendar-month subscription. A $50 initial discount is advertised for new patients, subject to the final prescription and offer terms. It should not replace the ongoing amount in a long-term budget. Confirm the payment date and any discount before agreeing to the plan.

Lower averages require a longer purchase

Semaglutide packages show $299 every twelve weeks, $569 every twenty-four and $1,075 every forty-eight. Tirzepatide shows $449, $885 and $1,749 for those intervals. Their displayed monthly averages divide the package into four-week units, not calendar months. Choosing the lowest average therefore commits more money and time than the standard refill. Ask which supply and formulation the clinician actually prescribes, how much is due now and whether the entire package is charged at once. Care and delivery are included through the network

The current pages describe clinician evaluation, treatment, supplies and delivery without a separate membership or shipping fee. Payment authorization precedes review, with a charge if prescribed; a denied prescription leaves the authorization voided according to the site. Terms distinguish network fulfillment from choosing another pharmacy, where the patient pays medication costs separately. Ask for the actual dispensing pharmacy and formulation before starting. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved, and seller descriptions of testing do not independently establish the quality of your individual shipment.

Cancellation must precede renewal processing

Terms require cancellation at least two days before renewal processing, through support or the account. Renewals and shipments may happen early to maintain continuity, so the delivery date is not the cancellation deadline. A pause can resume automatically at its end. Partially used subscription periods are ordinarily nonrefundable, although individual exceptions may be considered. Confirm the next processing date, whether a paid order remains active and the end of any pause. Stopping future charges is a separate question from recovering the cost of a prepaid supply. Availability and clinical eligibility remain individual

NiceRx asks patients to confirm their state before payment, without publishing a complete current exclusion list. Ask whether your treatment is available where you live. The semaglutide page excludes pregnancy, planned pregnancy and breastfeeding as program eligibility conditions; this is not a universal conclusion about every drug formulation. Discuss your circumstances and other medicines with the clinician. Microdose options and longevity treatments are separate offers, not evidence of a safer postpartum pathway.
