LumiMeds currently advertises compounded semaglutide from $89 a month and tirzepatide from $125. Both product pages say a flat rate is available and offer monthly, three-, six- and twelve-month options. They do not establish the full charge, supply or renewal amount attached to each headline. Earlier package quotes should not be treated as the current offer. Ask for a written total and billing schedule for your exact prescription before comparing this with a month-to-month program.
A price-lock promise differs from the contract
The homepage promises a price locked forever and says medication, provider review and delivery are included without a separate membership fee. Its membership terms reserve the right to change pricing with at least twenty-eight days notice. These statements leave an important question unanswered: what rate applies when your plan renews? An advertised flat price does not establish your prescribed dose, supply or future bill. Get those conditions in writing, including whether changing the prescription changes the charge. Installments can still carry a longer commitment
