The advertised offer is not a confirmed renewal bill

Measured’s compounded product pages display semaglutide from $119 and tirzepatide from $219, alongside higher crossed-out figures of $199 and $299. The pages do not clearly establish how long those offers apply or a complete dose-specific renewal table. A crossed-out price is not enough to promise your standard bill. Request the total, billing term and post-promotion amount before enrolling. The generic microdose minimum also does not establish a full-dose price or prove that a smaller dose has fewer adverse effects.

A $49 membership does not buy the branded medicine

The brand-name lane advertises membership from $49 with medication paid separately. Wegovy and Zepbound can have cash or insurance routes; Ozempic and Mounjaro listings require insurance. Those conditions differ from the compounded packages, which advertise medication included without insurance. Ask for both the clinical fee and pharmacy cost for a branded prescription. A low membership number cannot be compared directly with another provider’s medication-inclusive quote. Assistance with prior authorization is a service, not a guarantee that your insurer will cover the prescribed product.

Dietitian access may still involve insurance cost-sharing

The help center advertises dietitian access for all patients. The terms say dietitian encounters are billed to insurance through Bridge, with patients responsible for their copay, coinsurance or deductible. Clarify that cost before counting the appointments as free. Measured also describes messaging and nutrition resources, but a broad access promise does not establish your individual response time or assigned clinician. The help center states twenty-six covered states without providing a complete list in the reviewed material; confirm your location and treatment before payment.

Cancellation stops renewal without prorating a paid period

Current terms describe monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual subscriptions according to the selected plan. Cancellation through the portal or care team takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no partial refund for unused time. Fees ordinarily become nonrefundable once clinical review occurs or medication ships. The six-month refund promise has separate adherence, documentation and outcome requirements and a narrow request window. It is not permission to leave any plan early with every dollar returned. Save the applicable terms and next renewal date.

The FDA letter concerns the actual operator

The FDA’s February 2026 warning letter names Better Health Labs doing business as Measured and identifies misleading compounded-drug marketing, including a pictured label suggesting the seller compounded the medicine. Current pages distinguish independent pharmacy fulfillment and state that compounds are not FDA-approved. That wording does not establish regulatory closure of the letter. Ask for the pharmacy actually assigned to your prescription. Public marketing does not demonstrate firsthand service quality or a specialized postpartum pathway; discuss pregnancy and breastfeeding individually with the prescribing clinician.
