CoreAge Rx vs Measured

CoreAge Rx and Measured both offer GLP-1 telehealth, but they make different trade-offs on how gentle the start is, honest pricing, real support and access. Here they are side by side on the Mama-Match Score — our first-timer rubric.

The verdict for a first step

Higher Mama-Match Score: CoreAge Rx

CoreAge Rx edges out Measured on the Mama-Match Score, 94 to 56 (A vs C). Moms who want a clear, honest first step — a real clinician instead of a questionnaire, a flat price, and the freedom to pause when life needs you to.

Measured is still a genuine option — compounded semaglutide at a standard $199 a month and tirzepatide at $299, medication included, with a genuine microdose line underneath at $79. The promotional rates it leads with are $119 and $219. Two things worth knowing before you compare it with anything else here. It serves 26 states rather than all 50, and it does not publish which. And the '$49/mo' on most of its medication cards is a membership fee with the medication paid separately — that lane covers Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro, and the drug cost is never shown. It carries a February 2026 FDA warning letter, cited partly for putting its own name on the pictured vial, which it has since fixed. What it does better than most: a registered dietitian is included for every patient. Weigh the six first-timer factors below against your own priorities.

Mama-Match

CoreAge Rx

Rank #1 · Grade A

What we like

  • One flat monthly price, with no teaser rate that jumps after the first month — you know the number before you commit
  • A clinician reads your history and will genuinely talk timing with you if you're postpartum, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive
  • Semaglutide and tirzepatide in one account, so you and a clinician can choose — and switch — without starting over

The caveats

  • Not the rock-bottom teaser price — a couple of marketplaces dangle a lower first-month number
  • Compounded medication only, not FDA-approved brand-name Ozempic or Wegovy
  • A general metabolic program, not a dedicated OB-GYN or hormone consult

Mama-Match

Measured

Rank #146 · Grade C

What we like

  • A registered dietitian is included for every patient, not sold as an add-on
  • The compounded lane is all-inclusive — medication included in the monthly price, no insurance required
  • A real microdose line at $79 a month with medication included

The caveats

  • ⚠ It carries an FDA warning letter: issued 20 February 2026 to Better Health Labs, Inc. dba Measured, MARCS-CMS 721454, for false and misleading claims and misbranding in telehealth, with no close-out recorded
  • One of the cited problems was the packaging rather than the copy — FDA said the pictured label read 'Measured', implying it compounds the drugs when it does not
  • Only 26 states, and the list of which 26 is not published anywhere we could find
