Those are the first-period prices, not the recurring budget. The distinction matters if you are comparing Found with a provider whose advertised figure covers only medication or a care fee.
Read the payment period before choosing the discount
Each advertised plan month is a 28-day period. Thirteen four-week periods fit into 52 weeks, so this is different from twelve calendar-month bills. The twelve-month commitment offers advertise $169 for semaglutide and $239 for tirzepatide per period. Found also publishes intermediate commitment tiers, but a lower equivalent comes with a different obligation. Ask for the complete invoice, medication supply, renewal amount and early-exit terms. The public pages do not reconcile the exact upfront total and supply for every longer-plan choice. Compare provider costs and terms on the same basis.
Brand medication uses a different payment model
A branded GLP-1 plan is not the same bundled purchase. Found's cash membership starts at $149 per four-week period on its one-period option; medication is billed separately. Longer commitments and eligible insurance plans have different care fees. Your prescription, pharmacy and insurance determine the medication bill, so adding a historical retail estimate would not establish your total. Ask for the care charge and medication charge separately before choosing a route.
Insurance access is not a state-coverage guarantee
The insurance route requires a synchronous video visit and may involve copays, coinsurance or deductibles. Found membership is not covered by insurance. A carrier shown in a state selector does not prove that every medication or treatment is offered there; the compounded terms explicitly say availability is not nationwide. Confirm treatment availability and insurance benefits as separate questions. Cancellation and a refund are different decisions
Found recommends canceling or pausing at least 48 hours before renewal. Requests can go through support, the app or portal, and the terms describe cancellation taking effect within 24 hours. That does not erase charges already incurred or refund a charged renewal. The initial membership fee has a three-day-or-pre-first-consultation refund condition; dispensed or shipped medication and lab kits are nonreturnable. Medical disqualification from all treatment options differs from being unable to receive your preferred medicine. Read the terms attached to your order before assuming the entire treatment payment can be returned.
Our view
Found is worth comparing if you want a published compounded-care price that includes membership, or an insurance-supported route to a branded medicine. Its useful distinctions are the complete compounded plans, separate branded-care model and described follow-up. The trade-offs are four-week billing, conditional discounts, potential extra charges and restrictive refund boundaries. The company names contracted medical groups and Rekha Kumar as Senior Medical Advisor; that does not identify your assigned prescriber or independently verify the pharmacy handling your order. Ask who will care for you and how follow-up works.
