Separate the subscription discount from the other monthly option

Ask for the final prescription quote and renewal date before choosing. The lower figure rewards recurring enrollment; the higher published monthly option is listed without a commitment; confirm whether it renews automatically. That difference matters even though the policy describes memberships as month to month.

Payment requires a decision to proceed

Auren advertises a free online consultation. Its refund policy says the membership charge follows physician review, preparation of a care plan and the patient’s decision to proceed. The medication is included when filled through its network. If you choose a local pharmacy instead, its medication cost is separate. An included-medication advertisement therefore needs that fulfillment qualification. Request an itemized quote if pharmacy choice matters to you, including which services remain available and whether any additional local dispensing cost is your responsibility.

Pausing is a specific account setting

The policy allows cancellation by email or through account settings to prevent future charges. A pause changes the account to an on-demand setting, disabling automatic renewals while preserving messaging; refilling or reactivating can trigger another charge.
