Read the two-month total before the monthly headline
Orderly lists standard compounded semaglutide at $149 per month and tirzepatide at $299. Its new-customer starter offers cost $149 and $299 TOTAL for two months. The rounded promotional headlines are therefore about $74 and $149 per month, not permanent prices. Exact division gives $74.50 and $149.50. The public pricing page explicitly returns the next month to standard rates after the starter program. Keep that increase in your budget from the beginning.
An inclusive price still needs an exact prescription
The site says consultation, medication, injection supplies and shipping are included without a separate membership. It also lists monthly Wegovy pens at $1,839 and Zepbound pens at $1,498, separate from the compounded plans. Those are different products, not interchangeable price tiers of the same prescription. The FAQ says doses cost the same within its plans. Before choosing, confirm your actual formulation, prescribed quantity and dispensing pharmacy, especially if moving from another provider.
The cancellation boundary comes before delivery
The FAQ permits cancellation before the doctor finalizes a prescription and promises a full refund if treatment is denied. Once a prescription is written, it says cancellation of that order is no longer possible. Messaging and delivery are separate expectations

Treat these as company estimates, not a guaranteed first dose. Ask how to reach a clinician with side effects and what happens if a refill is delayed.
