The low bundle figure carries a complete upfront bill
Semaglutide bundles cost $597 for three months, $1,134 for six and $2,028 for twelve. Tirzepatide costs $897, $1,734 and $3,228 respectively. Their per-month captions divide those larger bills; you do not pay the caption independently each month. Terms say the selected subscription term is paid upfront and renews automatically.
