The lowest headline is a three-month purchase

HealthiCare's homepage and dedicated treatment pages currently show semaglutide at $126 billed monthly or $321.30 every three months. Tirzepatide is $144 monthly or $367.20 every three months. The $107.10 and $122.40 headlines are monthly equivalents of those quarterly purchases, not the amount charged today. A separate general weight-loss page still displays higher $174 and $264 monthly rates. Request confirmation of the offer attached to your enrollment before paying, and keep the plan confirmation. The lower current itemizations add up to their displayed totals; the remaining issue is consistency between pages and purchase terms.

An oral brand is a separate dose-priced offer

HealthiCare also lists Wegovy tablets at $268.68 a month for the first two dose tiers and $448.79 for maintenance tiers. That differs from its same-price-at-every-dose promise for personalized injections. Ask for the exact product and prescribed tier rather than assuming the injection headline applies to tablets. The site identifies its personalized semaglutide as a compounded product that is not FDA-approved. Check lab costs and the renewal interval

The advertised prices include medication, consultation and shipping, and the homepage describes ongoing clinical and coach support without a separate membership fee. The terms still use membership language, describe recurring charges approximately every 28–30 days and exclude Quest lab charges. That leaves the calendar-month interpretation and any required testing worth confirming in writing. A 28-day cycle produces a different annual budget from twelve monthly payments. Canceling does not promise money back

The terms allow cancellation through the account, phone or support email and say fees already paid are nonrefundable. The short refund policy disallows prescription returns and exchanges, while directing patients with order problems to support. Neither statement establishes a prorated refund for unused portions of a quarterly plan. Before prepaying, ask when cancellation must be received, whether a pending pharmacy order can be stopped and what happens if treatment becomes unsuitable. Save the response and confirmation. Our view on coverage and care

The current offer is easier to budget than an unexplained starting-price promotion, provided the enrollment quote matches it. Pricing notices exclude California from the displayed rates, while a delivery FAQ says all 50 states; the rate exception does not by itself prove California service is unavailable. Confirm your address, exact price and assigned dispensing pharmacy. The homepage names Beluga Health and Dr. Jonah Mink, but we did not establish which clinician or pharmacy would handle your order.
