Lower injection prices, with conditions still to resolve

Open Water Rx now publishes one-month injection prices of $169 for semaglutide and $219 for tirzepatide. These replace the older $249 and $339 figures in our previous listing. Its pricing table also lists three-month totals of $495 and $645, and six-month totals of $960 and $1,260. Those are longer purchases, not single monthly charges. However, the FAQ says prepaid plans do not save money and describes month-to-month pricing. Ask which plan and payment schedule actually apply before selecting a longer supply; the public pages have not fully reconciled those terms. A larger oral menu, with distinct formulations

The pricing page lists oral semaglutide at $259 for one month, oral tirzepatide at $319, and a combined oral product at $365, each with longer plans. The current terms of service now acknowledge the injection and oral programs on that pricing page. These are compounded formulations, not approved branded tablets or automatically interchangeable alternatives to injections. Ask which exact formulation the clinician is considering, which pharmacy prepares it and how you would take it. Choosing a tablet for convenience should still involve a discussion of the available evidence and whether that particular prescription fits your medical needs.

Cancellation stops future charges, not a processed order

The current cancellation policy says medication must be approved before a charge and allows cancellation through the patient portal without advance notice. It also describes recurring monthly billing. Orders become nonrefundable once the pharmacy has processed them, so cancellation cannot be treated as a way to undo an already prepared prescription. The policy describes refunds for unused subscription charges after documented medical disqualification, with limitations. Before paying for three or six months, ask how that policy applies to the specific prepaid supply and how its renewal works. Keep written confirmation rather than assuming a longer package behaves exactly like a monthly subscription.

Surfbound is part of the public brand information

The site links to a Surfbound patient portal and says Open Water Rx LLC also operates under Surfbound trade names. Seeing a different name therefore has a published explanation. It does not establish what every enrollment screen or consent form will say. The public pharmacy network includes Emerald, Striker, Foothills and EPIQ Scripts, with selection depending on medicine and location. Confirm the legal name and contact information of the pharmacy filling your prescription. We attribute these names to the provider and did not independently verify their operations.

Our view before choosing a plan

Open Water describes care in all 50 states, subject to clinical review and state requirements. Confirm your formulation and any video-visit requirement at your address. Published inclusions cover clinician review, medication when prescribed, shipping and ongoing messaging. The FAQ says clinically indicated base labs are included; optional additional testing may cost extra. Its broader menu and lower injection prices help comparison, although the prepaid FAQ still needs clarification against the longer-plan table.
