The semaglutide headline of $114 is the displayed monthly equivalent of a six-month purchase costing $687 today. Tirzepatide’s $171 headline similarly requires $1,029 for six months. The three-month totals are $387 and $557. Use the actual charge to compare commitments, because the published whole-dollar equivalents are approximate. A monthly plan costs more per month, but it limits how much money you put at risk before you know whether treatment suits you. Longer plans renew for the same length
The current terms say the full plan price is charged when an order is placed. Each plan then renews automatically for the same duration unless you cancel. Contact support by email or phone to pause or cancel future renewals. That is different from recovering an existing payment: the terms say cancellation does not refund a billing period already charged, and the prescription refund page says sales are final. Before prepaying, ask what happens if the clinician declines treatment or later recommends stopping. The public policy does not give a clear medical-decline exception, and we would not assume one from “cancel anytime.”
Oral and microdose options need their own comparison
The compounded semaglutide dissolving tablet costs $287 for one month or $747 for three. Separate semaglutide microdose plans are $134 monthly or $377 for three months; tirzepatide microdose plans are $179 monthly or $497 for three. The provider page publishes Sean Arora’s NPI; an NPI identifies a provider and is not, by itself, proof of a current professional license.
