Starter plans are different from continuing-treatment plans
Trillium separates starter plans from plans described as allowing any dose. Listed three-month semaglutide starters cost $257. Tirzepatide starters range from $299 through Drug Crafters to $399 through other options, with another pharmacy listing $349. Some tirzepatide starter descriptions specify the initial 2.5, 5 and 7.5 mg titration stages. That is a plan restriction for your prescriber to assess, not permission to pick your own schedule or a promise of three months at an established higher dose. Get the actual vial quantity and written prescription instructions rather than interpreting a starter label as a dose-for-dose substitute.
A national platform does not mean every pharmacy ships everywhere

The refund cutoff is prescription issuance or pharmacy transmission
The refund policy ends cancellation and refunds once the prescription is issued or sent to a pharmacy, even if nothing has shipped. This is earlier than the pharmacy-preparation wording in Trillium's introductory guide. Contact support immediately if an intake mistake or order needs correcting; the policy says text is faster than email, but does not guarantee a cancellation window. It separately promises a full refund after a clinical rejection when no prescription has been issued or transmitted.
