Budget for $500 or $700, not just the monthly headline

WeightlessRx advertises a three-month semaglutide supply for $500 and tirzepatide for $700, with every dose included. The rounded $167 and $233 monthly figures describe those larger purchases. The homepage also promotes month-to-month access, while its pricing FAQ says every plan is a three-month supply and describes shipments every 28 days. The subscription terms refer to billing on the same date each month. Before enrolling, request the charge due now, amount and date of the next renewal, and the number of fills included. The public statements do not establish one unambiguous flexible monthly quote.

The support package goes beyond a shipment

The advertised package includes clinician messaging, supplies, required labs, shipping, a fitness app, workouts, meal plans and one-to-one nutrition coaching, without separate membership or consultation fees. Those are useful features if you want help organizing meals and activity as well as a prescription. Ask how coaching appointments are booked and which clinician-required tests are covered. The terms contain generic references to consultation, medication and delivery charges that do not fully reconcile with the bundled headline. Cancel at least five business days before billing

The detailed cancellation wording requires five business days' notice to stop the next charge; later requests affect the following cycle. The homepage gives email and text as cancellation routes. Its policy allows pauses of up to 90 days, but processed medication shipments cannot be paused or redirected. Do not confuse pausing future service with stopping an order already sent to the pharmacy. The terms make the current billing period nonrefundable after payment and describe further limits once consultation begins or medication is dispensed. Keep written confirmation of the effective cancellation date, particularly if you prepaid several months. Clarify the approval and refund promise

The homepage says your card is authorized first and charged only after clinician approval. The terms say consultations are billable on completion regardless of prescribing outcome, then offer a full refund for medical disqualification in one section and a possible partial refund in another. Ask which rule applies to your enrollment and when clinical review makes a charge final. A free questionnaire is not necessarily a free completed consultation. These differences matter more than a general cancel-anytime badge when you are deciding whether to provide payment details.

Our view on the care network and results claims

WeightlessRx names MD Integrations and VitaScripts Pharmacy. Its homepage and terms say all 50 states, but its About page says 49 and excludes Mississippi. Confirm the clinician, pharmacy and exact preparation assigned to your address; named partners are not an independent credential or batch-quality check.
