Tirzepatide starts at $239 and increases through $299, $329 and $379 to $439 at the highest listed doses. That is a meaningful difference for a household budget. The starting price can help you compare an initial order, but it does not describe the cost of continuing at a higher dose. The bundle discount comes with an upfront bill

The advertised six-month starter packages cover twenty-four weeks and cost $930 and $1,590. These are prepaid courses with specified starting-dose eligibility, not smaller monthly installments. Same-dose bundles are a different offer: for example, the $179 tirzepatide equivalent requires a $1,074 twenty-four-week purchase at the lowest listed dose. It is not the maintenance price. Ask which dose sequence, total payment and shipment schedule apply to your prescription before comparing a package with a monthly order.
What the advertised price includes
Coby lists the initial consultation, prescribed medication, injection supplies and shipping as included. It also advertises online access to your provider for questions and adjustments. Its help page says some patients may need lab work, but the pages reviewed do not establish that every required test is included in the listed amount. Confirm that cost separately. Coby does not process insurance for this care. Video visits are generally unnecessary unless the patient’s state requires one. The company aims to review an assessment within twenty-four to forty-eight hours; we have not tested that response time or its advertised round-the-clock support.
No required membership does not mean every order is refundable
The product pages describe a pay-as-you-go option without a required subscription or membership. The help center also discusses an optional subscription and asks for thirty days’ notice to stop its next charge. Ask which arrangement you are selecting. For an individual order, Coby says it cannot be changed once the prescription is issued and sent to the pharmacy. Request cancellation before pharmacy transmission; it is not guaranteed, and a successful cancellation leaves a $50 visit and clinical fee nonrefundable. Shipped prescription orders cannot be refunded. Those limits matter particularly when paying for several months before you know how treatment fits your routine.
Check your state and the people supplying care
The help center excludes Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and New Mexico from its GLP-1 programs and warns that treatment availability can vary. Coby Health LLC describes itself as a marketplace connecting patients with independent medical providers, rather than the medical practice or pharmacy. Its terms name Beluga Health, P.A. as a medical group. We did not establish the clinician and dispensing pharmacy assigned to a particular order. Get both names before paying. The homepage also mentions possible brand-name prescriptions, although the priced product pages reviewed concern compounded injections; branded availability, charges and fulfillment remain unconfirmed. Compounded products are not FDA-approved or interchangeable simply because they share an ingredient with a brand.
