That is all the published pricing. Two things cloud it. Its FAQ describes a different business — that it accepts most insurance plans, that what a prescription costs depends on the plan, and how to fax insurance details in — and nothing says which applies to you. And the same page carries two Miami addresses with two different support emails. I checked one claim rather than accepting it: the FAQ says "the active ingredient, Semaglutide, has always been available", blaming any shortage on the brand-name pen. The FDA shortage database, queried the same day as this review, lists no active shortage of semaglutide injection but does list semaglutide tablets as being discontinued by their manufacturer. That characterization is the seller's and nothing supports it; this review does not claim the opposite, only that there is nothing behind it. It publishes no states and no pharmacy.
