Start with the payment you can actually commit to

GOAL.MD lists compounded semaglutide at $179 month to month and tirzepatide at $249. The lower $99 and $159 monthly figures require twelve months paid upfront: $1,188 and $1,908. Shorter prepaid options are also published. Semaglutide costs $477 for three months or $834 for six; tirzepatide costs $597 or $1,074 for those terms. These are larger purchases, not installments at the advertised monthly equivalent. The site says every prescribed dose is included at the same price. No automatic refill does not mean a refundable order

For compounded medication, the billing policy says the care team contacts you before a refill and charges only after you authorize it. You can decline the next order without an advance cancellation window. Once payment is processed, however, the policy makes compounded orders non-cancellable and non-refundable. That distinction matters when considering a longer prepaid term: avoiding the next charge is different from recovering an existing payment. Ask how much medication ships at a time and what happens to any remaining prepaid supply if a clinician changes or stops your treatment.

The brand-name route has a separate fee and conflicting billing copy

Brand-Name GLP-1 Access charges $95 monthly for physician supervision, with longer billing options available. Medication is purchased separately through manufacturer programs. It is not a $95 medication package. The detailed terms and billing policy describe an automatically renewing membership; cancellation must precede authorization of the next prescription or refill. Part of the brand product page instead says there is no automatic billing. Because those statements conflict, request the applicable renewal terms in writing. The detailed terms also exclude laboratory work and make the paid clinical-service cycle non-refundable once clinical work begins, without proration.

There is a care team you can call

The compounded programs advertise physician evaluation, ongoing supervision, medication, unlimited nutrition coaching and expedited shipping. GOAL.MD publishes weekday phone support from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, which is useful if you prefer speaking with someone. It names physicians including Michael Mimlitz and Michael Fitch on its team page. A listed physician or registry number does not identify your assigned prescriber or independently establish current state licensure. The reviewed pages describe licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies without naming the pharmacy that will fill your order. Ask who is dispensing, how clinical messages are handled and whether any required testing adds a charge.

Check the specific treatment, not just the state count

GOAL.MD says it serves all fifty states, while qualifying medication access by state rules, clinical evaluation and pharmacy eligibility.
