Renlo now lists compounded semaglutide at $149 per month and compounded tirzepatide at $199. The current treatment pages replace the older $199 and $269 figures we recorded. Both describe monthly billing and the same price at every dose, including medication, injection supplies, evaluation, ongoing care, expedited shipping and messaging. That is a useful starting point for comparing a household budget. The crossed-out $299 and $399 are not the amount shown as due. They also do not prove what another patient paid or establish a future renewal rate.

The four-month guarantee has a specific threshold

Renlo’s guarantee is conditional, not a promise of results or a general trial refund. Its terms require first-time enrollment in a qualifying program and four uninterrupted months in good standing. They define measurable progress as at least a 2% reduction from the verified starting weight; reaching that threshold makes the guarantee unavailable. The required weight records and written request have deadlines. A pause, skipped period, clinical treatment change or outside supply can affect eligibility. Read the version offered at enrollment rather than relying on the short headline. Never continue unsuitable treatment simply to preserve a commercial refund.

Cancellation and a refund answer different questions

The treatment FAQ permits pausing or canceling before the next shipment leaves, without a cancellation fee. The terms generally make paid services nonrefundable and do not permit medication returns for a return-based refund. Ending a future cycle therefore does not automatically recover the current payment. Ask for the next charge date, shipment cutoff and written confirmation when you stop. Before paying ahead, check the actual commitment: the guarantee terms contemplate longer plans, but the reviewed treatment offer is billed monthly. Do not infer an available prepaid discount or a refundable unused balance from that mention alone. Renlo identifies Arora Health & Aesthetics as the independent clinical group and VialsRx as its pharmacy partner. That gives you names to confirm for your own prescription; it is not an independent pharmacy inspection or proof of clinical performance. Its compliance page describes service across all 50 states, while warning that medication, formulation and fulfillment can vary by state. Confirm the exact product and pharmacy for your address. Shared vendors across telehealth brands do not establish shared ownership, identical care or what a second clinician would recommend.

A practical detail for a home with children

The terms say medication supplied through the Renlo pharmacy network will not arrive in child-resistant packaging. That disclosure deserves attention in a family home. Before delivery, ask the dispensing pharmacist how to store and secure the actual prescription and supplies. Compounded medication is not an FDA-approved finished product, and a trial result for an active ingredient does not validate an individual compounded prescription.
