LevelUp Rx is still a genuine option — one price whichever molecule you choose: $149.97 a month, $134.99 over six months, $112.50 over twelve, and I checked — the divisions come out exact. Then, above the selector, the same page promises plans "starting at $249.97 a month", a hundred dollars more than anything it sells. That loose figure turned out to be the important part: it appears word for word on Next Vial, contradicting that site too, and the two share a terms document and an IP address.
