CoreAge Rx vs Neuve MD

CoreAge Rx and Neuve MD both offer GLP-1 telehealth, but they make different trade-offs on how gentle the start is, honest pricing, real support and access. Here they are side by side on the Mama-Match Score — our first-timer rubric.

The verdict for a first step

Higher Mama-Match Score: CoreAge Rx

CoreAge Rx edges out Neuve MD on the Mama-Match Score, 94 to 50 (A vs C). Moms who want a clear, honest first step — a real clinician instead of a questionnaire, a flat price, and the freedom to pause when life needs you to.

Neuve MD is still a genuine option — the homepage says $127 a month. The pricing page says $138. And neither is the real figure, because that page is titled "Transparent pricing, for members" and then explains that the actual numbers are "unlocked the moment you create a free NEUVÉ account". Even the coverage contradicts itself: forty-something states in one place, all fifty in two others. What Neuve does better than almost anyone is take labs seriously — quarterly panels from $45, with the dose set by your bloodwork rather than the calendar. Weigh the six first-timer factors below against your own priorities.

Mama-Match

CoreAge Rx

Rank #1 · Grade A

What we like

  • One flat monthly price, with no teaser rate that jumps after the first month — you know the number before you commit
  • A clinician reads your history and will genuinely talk timing with you if you're postpartum, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive
  • Semaglutide and tirzepatide in one account, so you and a clinician can choose — and switch — without starting over

The caveats

  • Not the rock-bottom teaser price — a couple of marketplaces dangle a lower first-month number
  • Compounded medication only, not FDA-approved brand-name Ozempic or Wegovy
  • A general metabolic program, not a dedicated OB-GYN or hormone consult

Mama-Match

Neuve MD

Rank #211 · Grade C

What we like

  • Labs are structural, not an add-on: quarterly panels from $45, with titration described as guided by them
  • "No charge until you qualify" and "No consultation fee", said plainly
  • "Cancel your membership anytime. No contracts and no cancellation calls" — done from your dashboard

The caveats

  • Its two published prices do not agree: "$127/mo" on the homepage against "$138/mo" on the pricing page
  • The real price is behind a wall: "unlocked the moment you create a free NEUVÉ account"
  • Coverage contradicts itself three ways: "40+ states", then "all 50 states" lower on the same page, then "all 50 U.S. states" on the pricing page
