The verdict for a first step

Higher Mama-Match Score: CoreAge Rx

CoreAge Rx edges out TeleDocs360 on the Mama-Match Score, 94 to 39 (A vs C). Moms who want a clear, honest first step — a real clinician instead of a questionnaire, a flat price, and the freedom to pause when life needs you to.

TeleDocs360 is still a genuine option — it says "flat price" under $299 a month for semaglutide and $399 for tirzepatide, and then further down the same page it charges $349 for semaglutide at 2.0 mg a week and $649 for tirzepatide at 12.5 and 15 mg. So it is not flat, and the difference lands exactly where many of us end up after titrating — 63% more for tirzepatide at the top. To be fair, the doctor, the medicine and the shipping really are inside that number, and there is phentermine at $149 if you would rather not take a GLP-1 at all. Weigh the six first-timer factors below against your own priorities.

Mama-Match

CoreAge Rx

Rank #1 · Grade A

What we like

  • One flat monthly price, with no teaser rate that jumps after the first month — you know the number before you commit
  • A clinician reads your history and will genuinely talk timing with you if you're postpartum, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive
  • Semaglutide and tirzepatide in one account, so you and a clinician can choose — and switch — without starting over

The caveats

  • Not the rock-bottom teaser price — a couple of marketplaces dangle a lower first-month number
  • Compounded medication only, not FDA-approved brand-name Ozempic or Wegovy
  • A general metabolic program, not a dedicated OB-GYN or hormone consult

Mama-Match

TeleDocs360

Rank #292 · Grade C

What we like

  • Doctor, medicine and shipping are all inside the price
  • It does publish the higher-dose prices instead of leaving you to find out later
  • Phentermine at $149 if a GLP-1 is not what you want

The caveats

  • It calls the price "flat" and then charges more for higher doses on the same page — tirzepatide $399 to $649
  • Semaglutide goes from $299 to $349 at 2.0 mg a week
  • It does not say which states it covers
