Beside it, a stat block reads "0 states telehealth access", a counter somebody forgot to fill in. But the claim to look at hardest is the headline one: "~15–20% avg. body-weight change", which the site attributes to "multi-center, placebo-controlled national clinical trials of Compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide formulations". Those trials do not exist. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and do not go through registrational trials; those figures come from studies of the brand-name drugs.
