Those figures are seller headlines attached to longer protocols, rather than confirmed month-to-month payments. Ten weeks is not three calendar months, so ask how the advertised monthly amount is calculated. The pages do not establish an ordinary ongoing monthly invoice or an automatic renewal schedule. Confirm the full amount due, supply duration and next charge before paying.

A named medical team and a choice of first contact

The company identifies Patrick Taylor as its physician and offers an optional free fifteen-minute phone conversation with the medical team. You can also complete an online medical intake without first booking that call. The FAQ describes clinician review and the treatment pages describe portal check-ins, dose adjustments and unlimited messaging. These are published service descriptions, rather than firsthand findings about response quality. The company names a licensed US compounding pharmacy generally; its website does not identify your assigned dispensing pharmacy.

Cancellation does not mean every payment is refundable

Its terms say cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, consultation refunds are discretionary, and ordered or dispensed medication and lab work are generally nonrefundable. The separate refund page still leaves the payment timing and refund outcome when a prescription is declined unresolved. Ask for that answer before submitting payment. A free phone conversation is a useful first contact, but it does not establish a money-back guarantee for a paid protocol.

The company’s availability page now names all fifty states and requires you to be physically located where its clinicians are licensed. That is a published service footprint, not a guarantee of a prescription or a particular medicine at every address. Its FAQ estimates twenty-four to forty-eight hours for review and five to seven days of processing before overnight cold-packed shipping. Pregnancy and breastfeeding appear among the treatment-page cautions; its website does not describe a specialized postpartum pathway.
