The $99 injection offer is an introductory price

SkinnyRx currently advertises compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections at $99 for the first month, semaglutide tablets at $149 and tirzepatide tablets at $199 initially. These figures do not establish the ongoing subscription invoice. Other public price displays contain different amounts, but it does not clearly connect them to the next bill for the advertised offer. Ask for the exact renewal total, supply duration and any commitment before paying. Financing also has its own repayment conditions; spreading a charge over installments does not prove the treatment itself is available one month at a time. Choose the actual formulation, not just the easiest format

The catalog separates compounded injections and daily compounded tablets. A tablet containing semaglutide or tirzepatide is not automatically a branded FDA-approved pill, and its evidence and directions should be discussed separately. The site also lists branded Wegovy and Foundayo pills as unavailable, so their presence does not guarantee an accessible prescription. Confirm your selected product, dispensing pharmacy and complete formulation before purchase. The provider describes pharmacy testing, but those claims are not a lot-specific certificate for your medicine or an independent pharmacy-license check. Do not transfer a dose between formats yourself.

Cancellation becomes harder once review and fulfillment progress

The FAQ describes a full refund before a licensed provider completes prescription review. Once the prescription is completed and fulfillment starts, the order becomes nonrefundable. Future subscription months must be canceled before the next shipment is prepared; the page does not give a universal number of hours for that cutoff. Partially used periods and bundled subscriptions are generally nonrefundable, and promotional discounts can be reversed or adjusted. Request the processing date and cancellation confirmation before waiting for a shipping email. A cancel-anytime description concerns future service, not automatic recovery of a charge already in fulfillment.

The app adds convenience, while clinical access remains separate

SkinnyRx promotes medication reminders, weight tracking, meal ideas and contact with a care team through its app. The FAQ says clinicians can address progress, dose and side-effect questions through the portal without an extra consultation charge, with refill forms required for continued medication. These are useful described features, not a personally tested response time. The site names Sajad Zalzala as medical director; that does not identify your assigned prescriber or independently verify credentials. Confirm whether your state needs video and how to reach the clinician handling your prescription rather than relying only on general customer support.

Keep the FDA action and maternal limits in view

The FDA issued Lean Rx, doing business as SkinnyRx, a February 2026 warning letter about misleading product-label and approval-related claims. It said pictured labels incorrectly implied SkinnyRx compounded the drugs and that marketing implied FDA evaluation of compounded products. Current disclaimers distinguish compounded medicine, but no resolution is established here. The action does not itself prove a problem with your specific vial. The FAQ advises against GLP-1 use during pregnancy or while planning pregnancy; its answer does not clearly settle breastfeeding eligibility. Discuss nursing and your state before choosing a subscription, and compare other reviews if renewal pricing remains unclear.
