Two other blocks on the same page price the same program at $349 then $399, and at $249 then $299, and standalone NAD+ appears at $199, $229 and $249. Nothing says which you would pay. Worse, the three price cards are wired to leave: a script on the live page gives them click handlers pointing at a staging server and, on the third, at example.com/page3, which returns a 404. I checked all three destinations. The NAD+ card also carries a "contains tirzepatide" note above a description that talks only about energy and cellular vitality. In its favor, the compounding warning is direct, it says it is neither a pharmacy nor a manufacturer, and it names the clinician who leads it. No company appears in the terms and coverage is only "most states".
