Shipping frequency differs from payment frequency

California fulfillment may take longer because of additional testing, according to the site. Multi-month cancellation may leave a balance

Refund deductions and shipment problems deserve attention

It describes that component inside bundled billing, not as a mandatory extra $30 added to every advertised monthly price. Damaged shipments or suspected temperature problems require notice within forty-eight hours of delivery, with evidence and review. Keep packaging and report concerns promptly.
