A password page changes the recommendation

Revel Health is difficult to recommend to a new customer while its public store is behind a password. In October 2026, the homepage and the previously published terms both opened the same Coming Soon screen. That leaves no accessible product catalog, current price or public enrollment path to evaluate. A password screen does not prove that the business has closed or that existing patients have lost care. It does mean a new shopper cannot make an informed purchase from the information currently available.

The old prices are background, not a quote

Earlier records listed compounded semaglutide injections at $199 and tirzepatide injections at $249, with oral dissolving products at $149 and $199. Those figures were checked in August 2026, before the current password screen. They should not be used to budget for treatment today. The older injection offer also used a first-order discount, so its introductory amount was never the same thing as its recurring rate. Neither an old discount nor an older regular price establishes what Revel will charge if the store reopens.

A monthly charge did not establish the amount supplied

The earlier store records described a calendar-month membership and a flat price across doses. Even then, they did not establish the vial quantity or the number of doses in a shipment. Those are different questions: a billing interval tells you when you pay, while the prescription and pharmacy label tell you what you receive. If Revel becomes available again, ask for the total due now, the renewal amount, the next charge date and the medication quantity before comparing its cost with another provider.

Cancellation and refunds need accessible terms

The password screen also prevents a current reading of the terms previously linked from the store. Do not assume the older subscription rules, first-order promotion or refund deadline still apply. Before authorizing payment, obtain the applicable cancellation method, the deadline for stopping the next charge and the point at which a medication order becomes nonrefundable. Existing patients should use their established account or prior care communications to ask about an active prescription. A public storefront review cannot establish whether an individual refill or refund request will be honored.

Who would prescribe and dispense?

Current public pages do not identify the clinician who would assess a new patient or the pharmacy that would dispense a prescription. An older record named Revel Health Inc. as the operator; that is not the same as naming a treating clinician or dispensing pharmacy. Ask for both, along with a way to contact the clinical team if side effects occur. The older state exclusions also need to be reconfirmed. A historic list of 45 eligible states is not evidence of current treatment availability where you live.

Oral and injectable products need separate clinical advice

An older oral dissolving product listing should not be read as proof that it is interchangeable with an FDA-approved tablet or a weekly injection. Formulation, dose, absorption and the evidence supporting treatment matter. A clinician should explain the exact product being prescribed and why it is appropriate for you. For mothers, pregnancy, plans to conceive and breastfeeding also belong in that conversation. These questions remain necessary even if a seller has an attractive price or a product description that emphasizes convenience.

Our view for a new shopper

For now, Revel belongs on a watch list rather than a dependable shortlist for starting treatment. The practical problem is the lack of accessible purchase and care information, not a conclusion about its patients’ outcomes.
