Compounded semaglutide and semaglutide tablets cost $225, tirzepatide and its tablets $345, and there is a product called GLP Squared — both molecules in one injection — at $275, a combination with no approved equivalent and no trial behind it. What is missing weighs more than what is there: no product page, description, tag or data record says how many weeks any of those prices covers. That was checked three ways, including each product's own technical record, where the subscription list is empty and there is therefore not even a billing cycle to work it out from. They are recorded as cart prices for an undeclared quantity rather than as monthly costs, and cannot be compared with the rest of the providers reviewed here.
