What we like
- Care is mostly asynchronous per Noom's own information — no camera appointment needed on most plans
- Built-in behavior-change coaching, from a brand many moms already use
- Aims for FDA-approved brand-name medication (Wegovy/Zepbound/Ozempic/Mounjaro) with insurance help on the telehealth track
The caveats
- None of the three compounded plans say which molecule (semaglutide or tirzepatide) they include — a real gap in Noom's own disclosure
- The $39/$99 fee on the brand-name track is the clinician charge only; medication cost is separate and depends on insurance
- Billed quarterly after the first supply, so a monthly-sounding price is really a 3-month commitment
