The regulatory record comes before the price
Zealthy needs a more cautious reading than a normal comparison of subscriptions. FDA issued a September 9, 2025 warning letter to FitRX, LLC doing business as Zealthy, addressing misleading compounded-semaglutide claims. The agency explained that compounded products are not the same as FDA-approved products. That letter concerns promotional claims; it does not establish what happened to every patient. It is nevertheless a material part of deciding whether to trust the seller’s presentation.
Separate allegations from a final judgment
The FTC’s June 2026 litigation report lists United States v. Zealthy and Kyle Robertson, with allegations involving unauthorized charges, obstructed cancellation and fake reviews. It records an April preliminary-injunction motion and a June opposition. Those procedural events are not a final ruling against Zealthy. We did not verify a later disposition, and an operating website does not answer that legal question. Read the dated primary sources below before treating a promotion as sufficient reason to enroll.
Membership and medication are different charges
The public weight-loss pricing page lists a usual membership of $135 per month and separate compounded medication starting figures of $151 for semaglutide or $216 for tirzepatide under multi-month arrangements. The same page shows conflicting introductory membership promotions. A single advertised number is therefore a poor guide to your bill. Ask for the amount due immediately, the medication supply covered, each renewal and the commitment length. Do not mistake $135 for an all-inclusive semaglutide plan.
The plan name changes what is included
Zealthy’s subscription policy says ordinary membership does not inherently include medication or pharmacy fulfillment. It identifies Semaglutide + Doctor and Tirzepatide + Doctor as bundles that do include those costs. That distinction deserves attention on the final order summary. Ask which plan you are buying, whether any additional pharmacy charge remains and what happens if the provider declines treatment. A bundle described in policy should not be assumed to have the same price or terms as the separate-membership route.
There is a branded-medication route to investigate
The seller describes insurance coordination for branded GLP-1 prescriptions and support through provider and coach messaging. Insurance coordination is not a coverage guarantee, and a membership charge can remain even when the insurer declines medication. If insurance is your main reason to consider Zealthy, ask what work the team performs, how long authorization typically takes and what you owe while waiting. We have not tested the messaging service or obtained a personal insurance decision.
Make the exit terms part of the purchase decision
The cancellation policy directs members through Manage Membership and Manage Your Plan in the portal before renewal. It generally provides no prorated membership refund, and shipped medication is not returnable. Given the allegations described above, we would keep the purchased terms and dated cancellation confirmation rather than rely on a verbal assurance.
